Frequently Asked Questions
  1. If you get to the Basket and do not see the line
    ‘Account’ []  Use £3 from my Account, it is possible you are not logged in.
    Go to ‘My Account’ and it should say ‘Hello’ (then your name).  If it does not, you are logged out.  You will be presented with a log-in screen which you should complete before returning to the basket.

    Alternatively, if you are logged in, you may have insufficient funds in your Account. If you have insufficient funds, please add the Top-up product as well.
  2. If you have forgotten your password, click on ‘Lost password’ and the system will send you an email.  Beware, this may land in inbox, spam, or junk folders.  In Gmail, it has even been seen to arrive in something called ‘Promotions’.
  3. If you do not receive emails from the system, check your email settings as they will be blocking them somehow (you may find them in spam unless you add to safe senders list or as a contact.)
  4. You can change the amount to deposit from £20 to any multiples of £20 by simply changing the quantity in the Top up (See below)
